Looking young is easy if you take the inside out approach. However, most take the outside in approach. Why do I know about looking young? I have been into fitness and health food my whole life.  It is that simple.

Before I go into detail I will mention the obvious.

  • If you are in the sun you will look like a raisin latter in life. It is that simple. You want to look like a pale English lady from the 18th century, not some sun worshoper from California. Look at some of the old movie stars that were actors and actresses from the old time, they look horrible. Nothing ages your skin more than the sun. You will look 120 years old even if you are 70. People in Greece look ancient when they are old because they have too much sun, same with native Americans. On the other hand office geeks like accountants or monks even have skin like a baby. Sun is radiation and makes you look ugly.
  • Only weak people smoke. That is all that has to be said. If you smoke it is because you have a weak brain.

Now that that is clear lets look at the not so obvious.

Diet and staying young

The rate at which your body ages is highly correlated with caloric intake. The more you eat the shorter your life will be. Everything major risk of aging is accelerated with eating. The less you eat the more beautiful you will look, as long as you are healthy and balanced and get what your body needs.

I think basically do not worry about eating, just eat all the vegetables you want and other things moderately. I eat without restrictions expect I do not buy things in boxes, cans and packages.

  • Do not read too much about diets, just do not eat cookies, cakes, pies, sweets, fries etc. Ice cream might or be a treat you go out for once in a while, that is a cone.
  • Eat mostly salads, fruit chicken, fish, anything immigrants coming to the USA eat. They shop for unprocessed food. Do the same.
  • Americans are not fat they are huge and this is from a bad diet. I am American. Not everyone is like that but most people are fat as heck.

The most important point is to eat right. The less you live. Is there a way around this? Only sort of, read on.

Antioxidants for a younger look

I recommend antioxidants, grape skin and grape seed. In addition take a very good multi vitamin like daily 3 from the vitamin shop. Not some lame Walgreen/Walmart vitamin. But get something good. I recommend the vitamin shop.  If you have something good you do not need to take much more except additional grape see/skin extracts.

Spend your hard earned money on the inside anti-aging, not cosmetics which cover up your face or clog your skin. If you use cosmetics use natural cosmetics and lightly.

Exercises for health

Do what you like. I do not have a car and that is my fitness program. It is that simple. If you like tennis or the gym or yoga do it. It is all good.

Any surprises here? No I think the main take away is, antioxidants and lose weight. Also stay out of the sun and when your friends are fat and old you will be young and healthy.
